On 15th April, 2015, the York Region Senior Wellness is pleased to have Dr.  Christina Choi, D.C. in educating seniors within on Shoulder Pain and Elderly Age-Related Conditions. 

 
Dr. Choi is covering various topics on age related conditions that are common amount seniors, a brief anatomy on the structure of shoulder, common shoulder conditions that affects many seniors, treatment and preventions including how proper diets help in prevention of many aged-related conditions. She also covered stretch exercises that are helpful in strength affected areas which will help in improving the condition.
