Heart attack is a sudden blockage on the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle. As a result the heart cannot get enough oxygen to function properly.  If blood flow isn’t restored quickly, the heart muscles will begin to die.

As we aged, chances of having heart attack increased, it is therefore important to educate seniors recognizing the early symptoms of a heart attack as well as some of the preventative measure one can take.
